Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
- ✔ Cancelled shipments before processing
- ✔ Failed supplier transactions
- ✔ Overpaid amounts
2. Non-Refundable Services
- ❌ Payments for completed sourcing, branding, or logistics services are non-refundable.
- ❌ Deposits for supplier transactions are final unless stated otherwise.
3. Shipping & Responsibility
Each box should have a packing list and shipping mark. If these are missing, we are not responsible for the box.
Our responsibility starts when we receive the boxes in our warehouse. If the customer has opted for our sourcing service, our responsibility starts from the beginning of the transaction.
4. Process for Refund Requests
Submit a request at [email protected] with proof of transaction.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
